Q. Why am I unable to process my payment?

Q. How do you ship my order?
For all shipments, delivery is by in-house logistics supports.

Q. Where do we ship to?
Sorry to announce, we currently just accept orders from Klang Valley, Malaysia only. Other region are coming soon.

Q. How long does it take to ship the item after I ordered?
All orders made before 12pm will be on that day. Orders made after 12pm will be shipped on the next day. We are closed Sunday and MY Holidays.

Q. Can I track my order?
No, we aren’t not providing tracking code as its delivered by our in-house logistics supports.

Q. Can I pickup myself?
Yes, self-pickup is available. Select the pickup option at shipping section. However, Cash-on-delivery is not available, order and payment must be done on the webpages.

Q. How long does it takes to get my order?
(Klang Valley)
1 to 3 business days

Q. How much the cost if I order multiple items?
Shipping cost is calculated based on flat rate per order.

Q. I found some defect of my order. Can I exchange?
Yes, you can exchange your defective order for free. Please email us about the detail.

Q. Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

Q. Will I have to pay Taxes & Duties?
All of the products are SST included, and there will not be any others extra Taxes and Duties charges.

DELIVERY

Purchased items will be shipped within 5 business days of the order. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 5 working days, please notify mountaincat@adslab.com.my

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. And please note that the product photos are for reference only, please take the material object as the standard.

 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final. No refund or exchanges. Please make sure you review your order before purchasing any sale items.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

Upon receiving goods, if buyers identify damaged items, MountainCat will gladly exchange (if desired item is still in stock). Buyer is not subjected to postage fee of sending items back to MountainCat. MountainCat will then bear postage cost of sending exchanged item to buyer.

 

HOW TO ENTER A CLAIM

Please contact us within 3 days once you received the product and discovered the fault. We will first try to replace the product purchased but if we are unable to replace the product then we will replace you alternative desired product.
